for ov77 Bangladesh

ov77 is strictly for adults aged 18 years and above. Access to and use of the ov77 platform is prohibited for any person who is under the age of 18 at the time of registration or at any point during their use of the platform. This restriction applies regardless of the applicable laws of the player's jurisdiction.

In addition to the age requirement, you must meet all of the following eligibility conditions to register and maintain an active ov77 account:

• Age: You must be 18 years of age or older.
• Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• Single Account: You must not already hold an active or previously closed ov77 account. Only one account per person, per household, per device, and per payment method is permitted.
• Own Account: You must register and operate the account solely on your own behalf. Registering on behalf of a third party, or allowing a third party to operate your account, is strictly prohibited.
• Accurate Information: All information provided during registration must be truthful, accurate, and current. Providing false or misleading registration details is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.
• Not Self-Excluded: You must not currently be subject to a self-exclusion order on ov77 or any other platform where ov77 operates responsible gaming protocols.

ov77 conducts age and identity verification as part of its Know Your Customer (KYC) process. Verification is required before any withdrawal is processed and may be requested at any time during an account's active life. Players who fail to complete verification within the timeframe specified by ov77 may have their account suspended and withdrawals withheld until verification is complete.

If ov77 becomes aware that an account is held by a person under the age of 18, the account will be closed immediately. Any deposits made by underage players will be returned to the payment source used, minus any amounts already wagered. Winnings generated by underage players are not eligible for withdrawal and will be retained by ov77.

All financial transactions on the ov77 platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). ov77 supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, and local bank transfers. Minimum and maximum transaction limits apply per method and are displayed at the point of transaction.

Deposits: Deposits are credited to your ov77 BDT wallet upon confirmation of receipt from the payment provider. For bKash and Nagad transactions, crediting is typically instant or within a few minutes. If a deposit has not been credited within 30 minutes, contact support at [email protected] with your transaction ID (TrxID) for investigation.

Withdrawals: Withdrawals may only be processed to the payment method used for deposit, or to an account that has been verified during KYC as belonging to the registered account holder. ov77 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances. Standard withdrawal processing times range from 15 minutes to 4 hours depending on payment method and time of day. Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume.

Withdrawal Verification: A minimum of one completed KYC verification is required before ov77 will process any withdrawal request. Players who have not completed KYC may deposit and play, but withdrawals will be held until verification is successfully completed.

Transaction Fees: ov77 does not charge fees on standard BDT deposits or withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, or Rocket. Third-party fees charged by payment providers (such as mobile network operator charges) are outside ov77's control and are not reimbursed. Fees for international card transactions may apply where applicable.

Currency: All balances, deposits, bets, and withdrawals are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, symbol ৳). ov77 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies directly. If a foreign currency is sent, it will be converted to BDT at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of receipt, which may differ from publicly advertised rates.

By using the ov77 platform, you agree to conduct yourself in accordance with these Terms and with applicable laws. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ov77 platform:

• Fraud and Deception: Providing false identity information, impersonating another person, using stolen payment credentials, or engaging in any form of financial fraud against ov77 or other players.
• Collusion: Conspiring with other players to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in live poker or live table games where player decisions can influence other participants' outcomes.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal through your bank or mobile money provider after funds have been used for gaming activity. Chargebacks on legitimately processed ov77 transactions are considered fraudulent and will result in immediate account closure and recovery action.
• Automated Play: Using bots, automated betting scripts, software agents, or any other non-human mechanism to interact with the ov77 platform. All play must be conducted personally and manually by the registered account holder.
• System Exploitation: Exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, game malfunctions, or any technical vulnerability in the ov77 platform to gain an unfair financial advantage. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a technical error are void.
• Money Laundering: Using the ov77 platform to deposit, layer, or withdraw funds derived from criminal activity. ov77 cooperates fully with law enforcement investigations and is obligated to report suspicious transaction patterns.
• Threatening or Abusive Behaviour: Directing threatening, abusive, discriminatory, or harassing communications toward ov77 staff through any channel, including live chat and email.

Violation of any of the above prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of any balance, and reporting of the conduct to relevant authorities where legally required.

Voluntary Closure: You may request the closure of your ov77 account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Before an account is closed, any active bets must be settled or cancelled and any pending withdrawals must be processed. Where a player requests closure for responsible gaming reasons, ov77 will action the closure as a matter of priority — typically within 24 hours of the request being received.

ov77-Initiated Suspension: ov77 may suspend or restrict an account at any time and without prior notice where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the account is being used in breach of these Terms, where fraud is suspected, or where required to do so for responsible gaming reasons. During a suspension, the player will not be able to deposit, withdraw, or place bets. ov77 will investigate the grounds for suspension and notify the player of the outcome.

ov77-Initiated Closure: ov77 may permanently close an account where: (a) the player has materially breached these Terms; (b) fraud, collusion, or bonus abuse is confirmed following investigation; (c) the player is found to be under the age of 18; (d) the player is confirmed to be on a self-exclusion register; or (e) continued operation of the account presents an unacceptable risk to ov77 or to the integrity of the platform.

Balance on Closure: Where an account is closed by the player voluntarily and in good standing, any remaining balance will be refunded to the player's verified payment method. Where an account is closed by ov77 due to a breach of these Terms, the balance may be withheld pending investigation and, where the breach involves fraud or bonus abuse, may be forfeited in full. Forfeiture of a balance does not affect ov77's right to pursue additional recovery of losses caused by the player's breach.

Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to self-exclude from ov77 for responsible gaming reasons may request a self-exclusion period of 3 months, 6 months, 12 months, or indefinitely by contacting [email protected]. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours. During a self-exclusion period, ov77 will not send promotional communications to the excluded player and the account will be locked from all gaming activity.
